Booking Policy

All appointments are mobile, and we come to your location. A deposit is required for all services to confirm your booking. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us serve all our clients better. 

Refund Policy

All services are final once completed. If you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases at our discretion.
